This beautiful 9-year-old Beagle’s whole world was turned upside down when the person she adored passed away. Daphne didn’t just lose her home. She lost her person.
The person who fed her, comforted her, talked to her, and made her feel safe is suddenly gone. And Daphne doesn’t understand why.
Since she was in boarding hoping for her mommy’s return, she has been lost and depressed, quietly trying to make sense of a world that no longer looks the way it did before. You can see it in her eyes.She is a dog who is grieving.
But now she’s with Save A Pet and we believe there is still so much love left in Daphne’s heart.
She deserves someone who will give her the time and patience to heal. Someone who will let her curl up beside them, take leisurely walks, share little moments, and remind her that she is still loved.
Daphne is not looking for a replacement for the person she lost. She is looking for a new chapter. A soft place to land. A family who will promise her that she will never have to wonder again where she belongs.
