Kaelib’s Kause Presents A Fall Festival

Kaelib’s Kause presents a Fall Festival on Saturday, October 4th at The Wedge at Heritage Park in Mt. Sinai! From 11am to 5pm, you can enjoy a day full of music, prizes, and raffles! Plus, there will be various food trucks and a pizza eating contest! It’s fun for the whole family with face painting, archery, dunk tanks and more!

Rain date is October 5th.

Kaelib’s Kause is a non-profit organization that was born from the heart of a father of a special needs child. Kaelib’s birth was nothing less than tragic and traumatizing as he suffered severe Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE), which is a lack of oxygen or blood flow to the infant’s brain during pregnancy or during delivery. Although many times HIE causes are unknown, Kaelib’s situation was due to a placental abruption in which the placenta detaches from the walls of the uterus during the labor and delivery process, which affects the infant’s central nervous system, causing neurological and/or developmental problems, and certainly is life threatening.
