“Play” is now an even more ‘Everlong’ masterpiece!

Leave it to Dave Grohl to turn his already epic one-man opus into an equally monumental jam of epic of Grateful Dead-esque proportions.

He played a 36-minute version live a few nights ago with help from Greg Kurstin (keys), guitarists Jason Falkner, Alain Johannes and Barrett Jones, Chris Chaney (bass) and Drew Hester (percussion).

Any chance we can get the Ambassador of Awesome to team with Lionel Richie to beef up “Hello” into an epic jam?
