That probably best encapsulates wrestling’s original shit-stirring whirling dervish known as “Hot Rod”, Rowdy Roddy Piper. “Piper’s Pit” debuted this month 40 years ago. With WWE’s “Royal Rumble” happening this weekend, now’s as good a time as any to wish the legendary “Piper’s Pit” a happy birthday.
